Matthew Hazell is the Managing Director of First Light Solutions and has been key in bringing this project to fruition. He has worked in the Electronics industry for the last 8 years. His relationships with all the electronics manufacturers, plastics mould companies and the electronic sub-contractors have enabled First Light to develop Mermaid id in a cost effective and timely manner. |

Riccardo Anzil is the Technical Director. He has been working as a consultant in the electronic industry for over 10 years. He has embraced full projects including specification, hardware design, software development, prototype building and system integration and testing. |

Adam Lifland is the Sales Director in the US. He has owned and managed the US side of the New Jersey Yacht Sales for over 8 years, specialising in sales of large motorboats and yachts. His industry know how is instrumental to the US side of First Light. |

Nick Morgan is non executive shareholder. He brings 15 years of design and brand experience to First Light Solutions. He was Creative Director at 26 and founding partner of moon design, an advertising affiliated strategic design consultancy in Sydney. Moon became arguably the most awarded Australian design business of the last 10-15 years, with domestic and international awards in an array of disciplines. In 2002/3 moon design opened a studio in the UK and is now dedicated to building on moon’s success through moonUK. |

Richard Farleigh is non executive shareholder. He is an Australian-born investor who since the mid 1990’s has operated as a business angel backing some very exciting early-stage companies, mostly in the United Kingdom. Many of the more than 50 unquoted companies have successfully floated on the market or have been acquired. |
